Hey @Louis757, it is great to see new faces around! I appreciate the steps you followed to fix this issue. However on those steps, I can't see a Charge HR restart listed. So, could you please try to do that by following the steps on this post? Then try to sync and let me know if it works!

Thanks for getting back to me @Louis757! We had some users having a similar issue due to the daylight saving changes and it got fixed in a matter of few days. I appreciate you are letting me know that your tracker is syncing properly.
