Charge HR partial sync problem

Woke up today to find that Charge HR is not syncing Steps, activity, etc.

Sleep mode IS syncing. HeartBeat is syncing.

iPhone 6S.
Did all the steps seen in other articles.
HR off then on. iPhone hard reset. Bluetooth reset. Logged out, logged in.
Closed app, opened app. Confirmed latest update. I think that covers all the steps.

Any ideas on why I'm getting a partial sync?

Hey @Louis757, it is great to see new faces around! Robot Very Happy I appreciate the steps you followed to fix this issue. However on those steps, I can't see a Charge HR restart listed. So, could you please try to do that by following the steps on this post? Then try to sync and let me know if it works!

I should have added that I had already completed that step also. In talking to fellow co-workers(pilots), we found the same problem. Determined it might be the back and forth between time zones all in a 24 hour period.


The next day after passing the midnight hour, I awoke the next morning and the Charge was synced properly.

Thanks for getting back to me @Louis757! We had some users having a similar issue due to the daylight saving changes and it got fixed in a matter of few days. I appreciate you are letting me know that your tracker is syncing properly. Smiley Wink
