Sleep mode IS syncing. HeartBeat is syncing.
iPhone 6S.
Did all the steps seen in other articles.
HR off then on. iPhone hard reset. Bluetooth reset. Logged out, logged in.
Closed app, opened app. Confirmed latest update. I think that covers all the steps.
Any ideas on why I'm getting a partial sync?

Hey @Louis757, it is great to see new faces around! I appreciate the steps you followed to fix this issue. However on those steps, I can't see a Charge HR restart listed. So, could you please try to do that by following the steps on this post? Then try to sync and let me know if it works!

The next day after passing the midnight hour, I awoke the next morning and the Charge was synced properly.
