Charge HR setup problems

I'm replacing a charge hr with another charge hr. It won't go through the final update. It recognizes it. I put in the code and when it says "update now" it never starts updating then error message is "request failed: bad request (400)". Help please

Welcome aboard to the Forums @Denisesc! I'd try logging out from the Fitbit App, turn off your phone's Bluetooth and reboot your phone. Once you have done that you can log back into the Fitbit app, turn the Bluetooth on and continue with the setup process.

I've tried as you instructed this morning. Still no change. Still hangs up at the "update now" during final setup phase.
