Charge HR stopped syncing with iPad

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge HR has been syncing with both my iPad & iPhone without any problems until recently (last month or so).  The iPad Bluetooth is on but when trying to sync the iPad just flashes the 'red' message that it cannot see the HR. Works perfectly with my iPhone.  Turning iPad & HR on/off doesn't change things & both devices are 'up to date' - (both IOS versions are the same) & HR is fully charged.  I tried deleting the APP on my iPad & downloaded it again from the Fitbit site, but nothing changed. I have read all similar threads in this forum & have tried all 'fixes', to no avail.

HELP......Has anyone else out there experiencing the same situation & haven't got a fix yet?

Hello @Fitgeoff1942, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around! Smiley Happy

If your tracker is not syncing with your iPad, please make sure the Bluetooth on your iPhone is off while trying to sync your Charge HR with your iPad.

It is also possible the Charge HR has established a Bluetooth link with your iPhone, which is preventing the iPad from syncing, in which case I would like to suggest going to the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone, check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device, then try to sync your tracker using your iPad.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Happy
