The phone is seeing the device, but I keep getting an error--Request failed:bad request (400).

 

How can I fix this?  I had another fitbit connected but deleted it before I started this one.

Welcome to the Forums @DavidDr! Could you tell me what action you're trying to perform when you get this error? In the meantime, try turning your phone bluetooth off and rebooting your phone. Once you have done that you may continue with the process you were doing.

 

Let me know the outcome.
