Charge caller ID not working

Seems to be syncing fine with IOS except for caller ID.

Hi @Photosteve and welcome to the Fitbit Community!

 

What's important to note is that call notifications on your Charge requires a Bluetooth bond between your Charge and your iOS device.

If you are still not receiving notifications on your Charge, I'd recommend the steps mentioned here.
