Hi @ScottsBeautiful,
I'd recommend making sure that you are using version 2.21 of the Fitbit iOS App. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store. Next, I would recommend:
1. Restarting your Charge.
2. Opening your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
3. If your tracker still isn't syncing, I'd then recommend force quitting and reopening the App to initiate a sync.

- Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
- If your tracker didn't sync, force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
- If your tracker didn't sync, reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
- If your tracker didn't sync, restart your tracker.
- If your tracker didn't sync, try syncing with your computer.
