Charge not showing caller ID

Hi all.

Just a quick one before work. I've paired my Fitbit charge with my iPhone SE but it's not showing call ID, I can't find my contacts with Fitbit and it won't sync with Facebook!

Help!

Welcome to the Fitbit family! It's great to have you here! 

Try doing the restart follow the instructions that @AlejandraFitbit, if the issue persists try the following troubleshooting steps: 

 

  1. On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
  2. Turn off Bluetooth, wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  3. Reboot your mobile device.
