Charge sync problems (Iphone6s app and macbook)

I have problems with my fitbit, dont sync with my Iphone 6s or my macbook, I follow every step you had in your help page but still no working. the last sync was a week ago Feb-23, please any help?!?

Thanks for posting in the Community @claudian72! At the moment this is a known issue by our engineering team and they are working to find a fix for this.
