Charge won't 'add to device'

Please help, I am unable to add my Fitbit charge to my iPhone. This is my second charge and I had no problems with the first one. I have deleted my other charge and when I go to 'add device'for this one all it says is that it has found the tracker..... That's it?!? I have reset it several times to no avail, please help xx

@Lovemyexercise Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Is it giving you any instructions to follow when it "finds" the tracker? Follow these replacement set up steps to connect your new Charge to your account. It should work properly after following them.

New Fitbit will not add says already added

@Pineisland3 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Is it the same tracker than the one you used to have? If it is, it will tell you that it exists but if you want to "replace" it. You need to replace it to continue the set up process for the new one. 

 

Now, if it is a different type of tracker, you will need to select it accordingly and no message will pop-up. It will just let you set it up accordingly.

 

What tracker are you trying to set up?
