Charge won't pair

I was on vacation and the person in control of the Fitbit app connected to my charge was not with me. We were in the middle on a workweek hustle so my brother asked if I wanted to pair my charge with his iPod. Of course it didn't work so he deleted that tracker. Then when I came back I tried to pair my charge again with his device it it is not working. I will get to point where it says to punch in the number so I do and it gets stuck connecting to Fitbit. Help?

Hey hey hey @NaNaNaNaBatman let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Let me suggest you something, please perform a restart of your tracker by following the instructions on @AlejandraFitbit post and then try to set it up your Fitbit again. Remember to fully charge your Fitbit before you attempt to set it up.

Hi @Montanamuse, how are you today? Did you already tried the instructions I posted below? If you did and your tracker won't pair, I suggest you, and you @NaNaNaNaBatman as well, to get in touch with Fitbit Support so they can take a look into your account and choose the best option to get you back on track.
