I have tried all of the suggested troubleshooting techniques including restarting both my Iphone 7 and charge 2 devices, removing and restoring the fitbit app, and plugging it into my computer. It is simply not syncing up with my iphone7 which is running on the latest IOS software update. Any other suggestions? Very dissappointing since I just began using this on 11.18.2016.

I have tried to remove the fitbit app and restore it on my phone with no success. I have also tried to remove my Charge2 from my fitbit app and still won't sync.
