I stopped using the Charge 2 that I purchased back in April. I started using it again recently and can't seem to even see the device in the Bluetooth control panel of my - iPhone 7 (iOS 11). I also could not see the device on my iPad and iMac, all with the latest system updates.
I have tried rebooting everything. I have tried turning the Bluetooth on and off.
Any help would be appreciated in advance.
Otto.

Update Fix: I reloaded the system OS on my iPhone (warning: it completely wipes out everything on the phone and resets of factor setting) and downloaded the FitBit software and logged in. Viola. Worked!

I thought I would update this thread in case someone from engineer from FitBit reads it.
After I made this post I remembered that I had an old iPhone 6 that I used earlier in the year with my Charge 2. The Bluetooth on it picked up the Charge 2. The one thing to note is, the operating system is the latest version of iOS 11, the same as my iPhone 7.
At least I have a way to update my Charge 2 now. I guess that's something.
