I've done & have tried everything to get my Fitbit Charge 2 to pair with iPhone 6.  I want the notifications to work & notify me if I have a call/message or text while I'm golfing or doing other activities when my iPhone 6 is in my golf bag or in another room where I can't hear the ring or when I have my cell phone on silent.  I've read comments that other sources/units that are paired & are close by could possibly interfere with pairing capability.  I've moved them far away & pairing still doesn't work.  I'm upset & will call customer service on next business day and/or return Charge 2.

Hello @SunsetRunner, have a warm welcome to the Community!, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Please remember that in order to recieve Notifications on your tracker, your phone must be near the tracker and make sure that no other Bluetooth devices are around as they might interfere with the connection between your devices.

Additionally, please go to the Settings on your phone, then to Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:

  • Allow Notifications
  • Show in Notification Center
  • Show on Lock Screen

Also, check that the Alert Style is set to Banners or Alerts. If your tracker is still unable to receive notifications, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Restart your phone and open the Fitbit app, go to Account > Your Tracker and enable Notifications once again. This will reset the bond between your devices and notifications should be able to reach the tracker.

I hope this can be helpful, give it  a try and keep me posted if you need anything else! Smiley Wink
