I charge it over night by connecting it to the computer and now the screen doesn’t light up, it stays black. When I’m pressing the side button I can feel the vibration but that’s it. What should I do??
I have the same problem! It can help to restart your device by plugging it in de charging cable en press the side button for 8 Seconds till a smiley shows up. But I tried several times now and it still doesn't work for me. I hope it works for you guys.
That’s exactly what happened to my previous fitibit which lead me to think it’s broken and to buy a new one. But now it has the same problem and I’m very frustrated:(
