When I updated to Iso 13 update . My Fitbit is no longer on my account and I’m ready to toss my Fitbit . So any help would be great ,
i tryed to reset it and those steps didn’t work .

Hi @skiffal it would help to know which phone and operating system you have. Also, could you tell us what steps you've already taken to get this to work? Sometimes you may need to remove the app and reinstall it. You try that yet?

I have the iPhone . And I did the steps to reset my Fitbit . Removed the app and restalled the app . When I re-installed the app my Fitbit device wasn’t on there and I try to add my Fitbit on my account but it won’t add on or sync .

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Please make sure that there's no other Bluetooth device near to your Fitbit to avoid interference that might difficult the setup process.
