Allow me to help, I recommend you restarting your tracker, then log out from the app and log back in if the issuer persists you can also try to set it up as a new device.

I have been doing this constantly. We shouldn’t have to to keep it bluetooth connected. I have only had my Fitbit Charge 2 since October. Will this problem be resolved soon by an update?
