ChargeHR all-day sync turns off

My fit bit has not even been in use for one month, as it was a Christmas gift. At first I loved this thing, thinking it was worth the money. But now it thinks I have climbed over 100 floors when I only walked down the stairs in my house once. But the most frustrating thing, is that it keeps turning off the all-day sync by itself. It tells me to go to my settings, but it's connected in my Bluetooth settings, and it's the only thing connected. I've turned my phone on and off. I really don't know what to do to get it to sync and stay on all-day sync. Especially when it was functioning just fine for the first couple weeks.

I hope you're doing well @Eek0302! It's great to have you in the Community!

Allow me to help, I recommend you restarting your tracker, then log out from the app and log back in if the issuer persists you can also try to set it up as a new device

Hope it helps, let me know how it goes!

I have been doing this constantly. We shouldn’t have to to keep it bluetooth connected. I have only had my Fitbit Charge 2 since October. Will this problem be resolved soon by an update?
