Actually, I discovered if you click on anything in the app it takes me to my ActiveFit app instead. I fixed it by deleting the other app, then using the Fitbit app clicking through to get to the right areas and then reinstalling the other app
Best AnswerI tried doing that, and while the other app was uninstalled, I could access the areas in FitBit,once the app was reinstalled Fitbit would open it again.
Best AnswerIt worked for a while, and then started opening ActiveFit again. Uninstalled it. Super annoying as the activefit is what will get me $20 a month from my health insurance.
Best AnswerCalled FitBit Customer Service this week & inquired about this issue. Rep said FitBit was aware of the issue w/ the new app and “is working as hard as possible to solve this issue but could not provide an estimate for the fix”. Men landed on the moon 50 years ago & FitBit can’t introduce a new app w/out testing for glitches. Jeesh!
Best AnswerSame here. Opening anything in Fitbit takes me to the ActiveFit app. I can’t log water, do challenges etc. I’ve emailed Fitbit numerous times and they’ve stopped responding to me. Terrible service.
Rain71187 - I deleted my ActiveFit app. and reinstalled it and since then it’s been working fine. Don’t worry you won’t lose any info on your Activefit account. Previous posts I read that did the same said it worked for a few days and then started doing the same thing, but so far mine has been working. It’s worth a try!
