Welcome to the Community @Bellboy13. It's weird to hear that this button is not working. In this case, I recommend setting up your Charge HR from a Computer. After the setup process, you should be able to use your iOS Fitbit app by just logging in, please also check that your app is Updated by following @MarreFitbit's instructions.

I'm having the same issue while attempting to update my Alta using iOS on an iPhone 6s. Anyone have any luck? I tried the steps @DerrickS recommended with the exception of updating with a different mobile device or a computer. Unfortunately, I do not have another mobile device... I opted for the $1000 Kanye West sneakers instead. Also, I threw out my dongle.
