Clock Faces Not Working

I surprised my wife with a Fitbit versa for Christmas.  We went to set everything up and she wanted to change her watch face.  That part of the app won't work.  I tried resetting the device, downloading an app update, deleting the app and reinstalling it, restarting the iPhone, etc...  Then I tried connecting my own versa to the clock faces section of the app and luckily I wasn't able to connect.  So that is a sigh of relief because I know I was able to connect clock faces section for my own the a few days ago to change my watch face.  So this must be a pretty recent thing.  Either way, could Fitbit please look into this?  My only other thought is that since it is Christmas(many people may have gotten a Fitbit???), maybe the server is being bombarded with new Fitbit users :).

Thanks!

Hi, @spiceboson! I just tried on my Android and was able to access clocks, so either it's an iOS thing or maybe it is sporadic. I would just try again later and hopefully it will be working again. I know it's frustrating not to be able to fully use a new toy!
