Hi, I updated my app last night after my Fitbit Charge 2 completely froze.  I went through all the recommended fixes i.e. restarting watch, deleting app and restarting iPhone SE2020 and finally got the watch working again.  However, the clock face I have been using for years has disappeared and I now have a digital version that I hate.  My dashboard is up to date so  I then follwed steps to find clock faces but the page on my app is completely blank with no choices at all.  Again I deleted app on phone, unpaired the watch turned everything off for a few minutes and then re installed app on phone and started watch up again.  The clock face page on the app on my phone is still blank with no choices visible at all.  Help!

Same issue here!

There's a thread about this (and a post by me with technical data) in the Charge 2 section: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Charge-Trackers/Charge-2-face-choices-disappeared/td-p/4841342

You've provided a never-ending circle. Your link just goes to another post that offers the same link, but there is no answer provided. Please fix this!

I can’t answer this I am a customer who has this problem. I must have
accidentally hit a link and have tried to correct it but can’t.
I desperately want Fitbit to sort out the iOS app too!

To Col2216:

Was your recent comment in response to my previous one? I am very new to the forum and only started using a fitbit a few days ago. I apologize if it appeared that my earlier comment was directed at you, when instead it was directed at uhtre, whose "best answer" contained links that lead in a circle (I'm not at all saying this was deliberate).

Hi, yes I did think it was meant for me but I wasn't upset by it and thank
you so much for your apologetic response. I actually thought it was me
thought it was me that had caused the circular thread and tried to resolve
it. I have had a Fitbit for nearly 5 years now and rarely use the forum so
equally not so good at it. I have just written a note to Fitbit Support
and hopefully an answer will be forthecoming- fingers crossed.

I wrote to Fitbit Support about this and here are the 3 responses I received (I have a Fitbit Charge 2 )

:-

1)Thanks for troubleshooting. Can you provide us a screenshot that shows your app clock face page is empty? Also, make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date, see: Please provide us your Fitbit email address, your phone’s model, and its OS version so we can look into this for you.

I replied with requirements

2) Got it. Thanks for the screenshot. We recommend you to please try the following steps and let us know if the issue persists: -Force quit the Fitbit app. -Uninstall the app from your mobile device. -Reboot your mobile device. -Reinstall the Fitbit app. -Login using your account credentials.

I tried this 3 times but still blank clock face page:-

3) We appreciate your efforts. We’re aware of this issue and working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. We're sorry for any trouble and thanks for your patience.

If I get anything else I will report back.

I’ve had the same issue! Can’t help but think Fitbit are doing this to try and get us to upgrade to something else. I love my blaze!!

In the fitbit app, we are usually able to change our clock face through settings. Lately I am not! I open the setting and it’s just a blank screen.

Mine is exactly the same and I’ve tried the same as yourself to resolve!!! 😟

Same issue. And cannot access help at all? They do not want to fix this, or disabled on purpose.
pathetic attempt to force an upgrade I don’t want. If I have to throw this blaze away, I will never buy another Fitbit product. Shame on you Fitbit

This apparently is IOS only. Have you tried what @pigwmalion said? You can change your clock face from from the web dashboard.

Thanks. I just tried the browser version of Fitbit site and thank you it did work to change it. But app is still blank.
Wonder if/when they will fix app?
Weird just as they join google...the iPhone app only buggers up.

Why can’t I change my faces? Is this an IOS or Fitbit issue?

Indeed, I was able to change my "clock face" through the fitbit.com website. I went to fitbit.com, logged in, then went to https://www.fitbit.com/settings/device and chose my device on the left. Then I clicked "Clock Display" and chose my preferred "Clock face". I then opened the Fitbit app on my phone, synced with my fitbit, and my fitbit now shows my desired "clock face". Thanks @LiliyaFitbit !

Is this problem really going to permanent? I have been asking since march, and I still have this problem. I may as well switch to garmin.
