I switched to the website dashboard because when you go into the clock faces on ios 14.4.2 iphone Xr, it just shows blank.

Let me say this very simply: the app is used for syncing. You cannot sync from the website. The website developers don't/wont even try to implement some kind of javascript action that would transfer the newest/changed setting to a bluetooth device, as that is physically impossible.
Please keep the app for syncing.

Hi,
I’m running the Fitbit app on an iPhone 8. I cannot change the clock face on my Charge 2 because in settings clock face there is nothing but a blank page. Strangely if I pair to an Android phone it works perfectly. I have followed all the advice on other threads with no success I.e resetting watch unpairing it’s from phone updating app, restarting phone, turning off wi-fi etc. Any ideas? This appears to be a glitch in the app

I have tried to change my Clock face on my Fitbit blaze the last four days and for some reason the images don’t show up and I cannot navigate through the clock faces it doesn’t show anything I don’t know if there’s a glitch in the app or what just wondering if anybody else is having the same issue I have the iPhone 7.

I’ve also got the same problem in my app, no clock faces on display but this morning my blaze has also lost its clock face. It just has a small battery icon in the top left corner.
havevtried reboots and setting different clock faces via the website but nothing has worked 😞
time for an Apple Watch maybe?

I had the same problem and I was able to change the clock face on the fitbit webpage. When you first login, you are on the Dashboard page and you need to go to the View Profile page (click the 'head' icon in the upper right). Then click on the 'watch' icon on the upper right. From there, you can select clock face and it will show the face options. You'll then need to sync your fitbit from the phone app, and then the clock face should be changed.

Hi, I have tried everything, and can no longer view the optional watch faces. On the “clock face“ menu in the app, it is blank but shows the left and right scroll arrows. Nothing causes other clock face options to appear. I’ve tried turning on and off Bluetooth, factory resetting the device, uninstalling app, software is up-to-date, removing and repairing device… I have even tried another blaze device and the app still didn’t show the options to change clock faces.

Nope! Still no clockface love. I would say something but the FitBit apologists would flame me

Went to change my clock face on my Charge 2 and suddenly, there's nothing there? Blank screen?
Everything on my iPhone is up to date. What's up with that? Same thing in my Fitbit app on my iPad too.
Click on Charge 2, then clock face and blank page is staring me in the face. It was fine a week ago?

Having this issue as well for iPhone XS Max. Everything is up to date but I followed the instructions. Deleted app, shut off phone and turned it back on, reinstalled and logged in and still had the issue.
