Clock faces screen on Fitbit app is blank

I switched to the website dashboard  because when you go into the clock faces on ios 14.4.2 iphone Xr, it just shows blank.

Same happened to me on fitbit charge 4 Now have blank settings mode and cant reset anything

Good idea!!! I am going to give fidbit one month to fix this problem, and if they don’t I am going to report them. It’s so frustrating!

I have this problem too. I called and the rep had no idea it’s a known issue. Made me go thru the uninstall/ reinstall satraps which is just wasting everyone’s time. If it’s just broke and web interface is only option why can’t they tell us that?

I have a Blaze. Within the fitbit app, when I click "clock face"  I get a blank screen. I have rebooted the watch. Removed the watch, added it back. Rebooted the phone. The watch is working fine, I just can't change the clock face.

you need to go to fitbit app and clock display to change.

I’m having the exact same issue. Can’t find any advice on how to fix it. Someone gave me a “newer” Blaze because mine died. I don’t see why it wouldn’t have the same face options.

Just been in touch with support. There is an issue with IPhones and the app which is causing the problem. Apparently they are working on it!

They said they were working on it about 6 weeks ago. There have been about 3 software update still with the same bug in them 😞

If all you want is i different clock face for now. You can change it in the web dashboard.

Thank you!!! That has worked. Three phone calls to the support desk totally owner 1 he and non of them mentioned this fix!

I’ve had the same problem but after reading folks were having less trouble with Android devices I decided to try my iPad 4. The iOS is 10. Deleted and unpaired from my iOS 14 device. I installed the ‘latest compatible version’ for this device. Issue solved. I’ll reinstall it on my iPhone but at least the ugly face is gone. If you have an older iPad, iPhone or iPod I’d suggest trying the older app. This new one appears broken.

What do you mean by the “web dashboard”?

Just go the Fitbit web page and log in.  You then have access to all the same features you have on the app.  The app is not working  very well re changing the clock face for some users so this solved my problem.

@Sggordo If you can access the forum from a Desktop browser, you're half way there. Your Dashboard is top right of the page between help and store.

I can get to the Blaze face but it is blank. Many of us having the same problem. I have tried everything they recommended to fix the issue
