I'd suggest you restart your tracker and then follow the steps provided at The time is incorrect on my tracker's display.

I too have had this problem for the past 3 days... Don't seem to get any help with this re; instruction booklet or here on line... FITBIT it appears one problem after another! CRAZY I spend more time trying to resolve all the problems than working out!
I hear many are being returned... Looks like mine will follow...🙆🏼

@Growling Have you tried the the steps mentioned in @MeylinP's post above? They should help you with getting your tracker's clock back on the right time.
