Clock wrong

Only had this for 4 days. Just fine until this morning. Clock is 5 hours off. Any one else experience this today? Software update issue perhaps? Suggestions?

I too have had this problem for the past 3 days... Don't seem to get any help with this re; instruction booklet or here on line... FITBIT it appears one problem after another! CRAZY I spend more time trying to resolve all the problems than working out!

I hear many are being returned... Looks like mine will follow...🙆🏼

@Growling Have you tried the the steps mentioned in @MeylinP's post above? They should help you with getting your tracker's clock back on the right time.

BLAZE FITBIT: Still unable to change the clock to Pacific Time... Plus...
Now unable to sync it...

I have been beyond average patient ~ trying to get this set up and working
properly.
I was hoping and trusting this technology would help... Me gain healthier
days.
It's done the complete opposite... Plus, so much of my time 'sitting here''
trying to figure it all out.
No help! Just endless frustration! Your booklet doesn't help either...

I have wasted far too much time ~ there's got to be a better product...
I will research... This was a birthday present. So had no choice in which
brand to purchase.
I have the receipt and will return for a full refund... Look to purchase a
more efficient product.

Better Business and Comsumer Digest should hear about this = Plus the
lacking in Customer Service.
