My Fitbit HR has been updating several times a day for the past two days. Is this normal or is something amiss. I have had it seven months and it is the first time it has updated. The first update was two days  ago when I was out walking and not connected to my iphone. When it came back on the time was wrong and  no steps had been recorded during the time the update bar was showing.  It went back to mormal when i synchronised with my iphone later.

Hello @RiyadhDQ, and welcome to the Fitbit Community! Smiley Happy

If the update bar is no longer showing on your device and is syncing correctly, it's possible that an update might have been stuck earlier but was able to complete recently.

If the bar is still showing on your tracker's display, I'd like to suggest to restart your tracker and try to set it up as a new device to force the update to finish.

To set it up as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this information can be useful, feel free to reply in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
