On my iPhone 8 Plus yesterday I updated my Fitbit App and since then, when I click on 'Benchmark' under 'Sleep duration', the whole Fitbit App closes down. App version 4.41 (44135015).
How do I get 'Benchmark' back please?

It's a shame that Fitbit don't respond by saying "Sorry there is a fault in our software which we are working on" or "This facility is now only available via Premium" or maybe some other valid explanation. Poor communication.

I have came to think it is an Apple issue. This app works fine on my Android Phone but crashes on my IPad. Looks like we will have to wait till Apple take on board the issue

FYI all, After I talked with apple to tell them of the Benchmark problem, I chatted with Google. The Fitbit guy I chatted with said (their) records show that everything‘s working well on Fitbit with iOS. I told him that is not the case and explained the Benchmark problem. I think if more people would call Apple and chat with Google, the extent of the problem would become more obvious to the parties involved. I did suggest they look through all the people reporting the problem in the community forum. Not sure how often they look at that.
