Just updated tracker with difficulty but it’s working again. But now the heartrate display is not moving any more on my iPhone Fitbit app. It is only displaying resting heart rate. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

My Charge 2 is now syncing, but there is a problem with the heart beat syncing from my Fitbit to my IPhone? I see my heart rate on my Fitbit watch but just___blank on the app on my iPhone? How about a new update to fix all these bugs? When will we see an update to this buggy update of early October?

Hello @roygbiv28, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you around too @Deadwood. ![]()
Have you restarted your tracker recently? If so, please note that the current heart rate will show up in the app while you're syncing your tracker and after the tracker has connected to the app. If you have synced and the tracker is connected, yet the current heart rate is not showing up, please enable All-day Sync to improve the connection between your tracker and your mobile device.
To enable All-day Sync go to Account > Your Tracker > All-day Sync and enable it.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. ![]()
