Daily goal graph line inaccurate

ANSWERED

When clicking on my daily steps, miles, or calories to go to the 7-day graph, the daily goal line is inaccurate. Although I am getting the star on the bar graph when meeting the daily goal, the bar does not cross the line. For example, daily steps were 10,600 but the bar is still below the daily goal line labeled 10,000 steps. It is probably appearing around 10,750 steps. Similar issues with miles and calories. Active minutes graph seems OK.

Hi @DocObie. Welcome! It's great to have you on board.

Thanks for letting me know that your daily stats graph isn't showing your details correctly. This is odd as once you've met your goal the bar graph should cross the line. Since this isn't the case with your steps, distance and calories, let's try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

If the same keeps happening, please take a screenshot of the graph and attach it in your reply so I can investigate on my end.

I'll look forward to your response.

Thanks to both of you for sharing more details about this situation, as well for the screenshots. Those are perfect! This shouldn't be happening and because the troubleshooting steps didn't work, please provide me with your phone's model and iOS/software version.
