Tiles frozen on iOS app

My IOS App is counting steps and such, displaying pulse rate and all the other normal stuff, but the tiles (sleep, steps/hour, heartrate, days exercise) are all frozen. None of them will open.  I've exited the app, even rebooted the phone, but nothing fixes this.

The tiles started working again today after being locked from Sunday 08/09/20 until this morning, 08/10/20.  Not sure of the problem, but working again

Same thing happened to me this week after an update. I went through all the things you did too. Finally had to uninstall then reinstall the app. I didn’t lose any data because it went to the cloud. Hope this helps😊
