The app has said for 2 days that I have too many active challenges and won’t let me add anymore. The completed ones have cleared some but not all. How do I clear them or reset my challenges?

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @Storker19

I’m sorry your experiencing this issue. The current and completed challenges are unfortunately being counted in the maximum 10 challenges that are allowed. I know that it is something the Fitbit Team is aware of and hopefully will get fixed soon. I have found a simple workaround that will help you start a new challenge and ignore the completed challenges in that 10 challenge max. (This workaround only works for iOS users not Android)

Again, this is only a workaround to get the challenge started while Fitbit fixes the issue in a future update. It’s taking the long way to accomplish it but it’s better then nothing......

To Create a Challenge Do This:

1. Go to your profile on your Fitbit App

2. Select 🏆 Badges and Trophies under your profile

3. Select “Trophy Collection”

4. Decide what challenge you want to start and simply press “Start Challenge”

**its more steps then needed but it’s a workable

😃 Please let me know if this offers you a resolution to your question. Keep me posted.
