iPhone 11 and Alta - no vibration alerts

Since I got my new iPhone 11, my fitbit alta has stopped vibrating to tell me I have a call / text. Things I have tried so far: 

 

- Tested the bluetooth is on (it is, and the device is connected) 

- Tested the vibrate with a silent alarm 

- Restarted the alta multiple times using the charger cable 

- Turned the iPhone off and on again and resynced

- Made sure notifications are switched on in the alta

- Made sure the phone is not in do not disturb mode. 

- Made sure I'm on the latest ios and latest fitbit version

 

I am now at a loss. Any other ideas?

Hello and welcome @collettesc 

I understand you’re not receiving a vibration when a notification comes in. You have done a lot of really great troubleshooting steps. Currently notifications are an issue that the Fitbit Team is aware of and are working on a fix. Pay special attention to page one of that thread and perform all the steps carefully. If any new updates or information become available it will be posted there.
