Hello, I recently bought Alta HR to use with my iPhone 6SE. I want to increase my activity goals (steps, calories burned, distance, and active time), but they won't save and it keeps reverting back to my previous goals. I have tried changing it via the app and via the website. I've cleared my cache and cookies. I've logged in and out of both the iPhone app and the website. I've tried syncing multiple times. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot issues with changing the daily activity goals? Thanks!

Hey there! What I ended up doing was removing the FitBit AltaHR from my FitBit account, then re-pairing it. Then I changed my daily goals and it stayed saved.
Hope that helps! Mallory

It sounds like you have done all the proper troubleshooting, @SunsetRunner. My suggestion at this point is to contact Support to see if they are having any issues specific to the iPhone 6SE.
