Dashboard displaying incorrect battery capacity

I have been having problems with the iPhone app dashboard not showing the correct battery capacity. The only way I have been able to resolve this problem is to log out and then log in again.
This only works sometimes though. Other times I have to do the same process several times before the correct battery capacity is shown.
Is there any other way to fix this problem? Does anyone else have a similar problem?

Hi @peachypiggylee

The Fitbit App shows the battery level from the last time you sync your tracker, not the current battery level. Syncing your tracker will update the battery level displayed to the current level. Click here for more information on how Fitbit trackers sync their data.

Hope this helps you out!

That is what I am trying to say, that I sync the Fitbit HR and yet it DOESNT update the battery capacity!
