iOS App - Log exercise and doubles steps

Hey everyone,

I need some advice. I wear my FitBit Flex while I walk on the treadmill. At the end of the exercise, I log my exercise in the app because I walk at an incline and measure my heart rate during the walk with the treadmill so I burn a lot more calories than my FitBit will give me, so I log the exercise, but it seems to take my Fitbit records and adds the exercise log in addition to the Fitbit records. Should I be taking my Fitbit off before I exercise on the treadmill?

Thanks for the help!

Michael

Hello, @Michaelbv! I't nice to have you aboard! Ok, so you can do this in 2 different ways, you can put your tracker into activity mode, sync it and then edit the activity, by clicking the little gray pencil right next to it, like the images shows below.

Or if you want to add more details like intensity, you can manually log it on your activities page. By scrolling down to the bottom and then type in treadmill in the space, and enter the rest of the information. Like you can see in this picture.

I hope this helps, let me know! : )
