My Fitbit ran out of charger yesterday, so I charged it for a few hours. The device said its fully charged (all the lights are lit) but when I sync it with my phone, it says it's low on battery. Is my device actually low on battery or my phone is lying? I would restart it but I have a secondary charger which doesn't have the reset hole

I'd like to add that you will receive a low battery notification whenever your battery is lower than 20% and that the battery level displayed in the Fitbit App is the battery level from the last time you synced your tracker. Syncing your tracker will update the battery level in your app to the current level. Also, please know that your charging cable needs to have a hole like the following:

Welcome to the forums @Imyhull

If you charged it to five lights, then it is probably fine. With my Android, sometimes the app icon says lower than the text part.

If you don't have a charger with the pinhole, you might want to get one. Without that pinhole, you can do the restart procedure and that is the way to get a Flex going again.
