Flex syncing to iOS. Always shows full battery

I have a Fitbit Flex and have no problem syncing steps to my iPhone. However the dashboard always says my batter is full, even after 5days. Then it goes flat without warning. I seldom get a notification to say my battery is low and needs charging. Any ideas? Thanks!

Welcome to our Community my friend @SunsetRunner! It's great to have you on board! Man HappyI'd like you to know that you will receive a low battery notification whenever your battery is lower than 20%. I think that what's important to note is that the battery level displayed in the Fitbit App is the battery level from the last time you synced your tracker. Syncing your tracker will update the battery level in your app to the current level.
