Just started on Fitbit. The dashboard on the app (iOS) is locked - its there but won't scroll, the arrows and links aren't active and there is no edit bar at the bottom so I can't do anything. It's talking to the device and the net but the dashboard doesn't work interactively
You may have already tried this, but close your dashboard, then close the browser and any other open apps. Restart your Mac then try again to access the Fitbit dashboard. This has happened to me occasionally, not with the Dashboard, but with other websites/apps. The process I described always seems to get everything going again. If it does not work for you, please let us know.
