Did you know Fitbit changed the dashboard look and you have to vote if you don't like it?
Please do not reply to this post - Post your dislike separately on this page. Go to community new app look and express your dislike. Once it changes you cannot change back.
My phone automatically updates, so today was the first I heard about this cause my phone did it

I was surprised by the new look on my phone today. I DO NOT like it. The lousy colour is the least of it. The format is worse. The circle showing 250+ steps per hour is hard to read. What is the purpose other than some programmer deciding he/she wanted to change it up. At least give us a choice of format, colour. How hard could that be. So if you value your customer let us decide. Oh yes - the only vote I found was 'like'. I could not find my choice - thumbs down, NO, scrap it.

This is the worst dashboard I've ever seen. I don't like it! Fitbit didn't even let the members know they were changing the dashboard. I didn't even tell them to change my account over to the new dashboard. I hope in time Fitbit gets the information from all members that we do not like the new dashboard. So hard to find things now. Like any big company they make changes with out letting members know.

Thinking the same thing. If they don’t change it back I just might stop wearing my Fitbit.

This is a case where some ambitious programmers totally got it wrong and failed to recognize the preferences of your customers. Companies that don’t respond lose business. It is no big deal to allow users to exercise choice in what they want the format and look to be. The changes do not seem to be satisfying anyone. So it is clear of the users are asking will you change it back and give us a choice?

A family member has a Garmin and I can confirm their app/display is better.
You couldn't get worse than this dashboard 'update' in my humble opinion.

There are just too many thi gs everyone hates! Why should I get used to paging down when before all info was at a glance on one page?? Also water: I loved seeing how many glasses I drank, not how many ounces - my food app does that.
There are many more hated features but others voiced them.
When my charge 2 dies, I'll look for another brand.

Surely it could be reverted back to previous dashboard, do you not care about user satisfaction?

Fitbit doesn't care. They've done this on purpose. They're changing to a basic dashboard so that they can lease you the "premium" apps on a monthly basis. Apple does this for $50/month. Time to change to a gamin.

It's despicable to foist something like this on ummm elderly folks like me who do NOT want any new learning experiences. Now I have no idea how to sync my fitbit. I hate this new app or whatever it is too. I wish we had been given a choice or at least warned.

Are they going to charge us for this? Sheesh. What was wrong with the old dashboard? Not enough money-making opportunities for them?
