Did you know Fitbit changed the dashboard look and you have to vote if you don't like it?

I voted. I do not like the new dashboard at all. I find nothing in that I like.

Interesting about votes.

I got several notifications this morning on this topic (double checked to make sure it's the same one) complaining about the suggested feature process and vote counting.  They have all disappeared.  When I click on the email link, I get

One of the things I found interesting when I looked at his complaint (that they don't bother if only 500 votes are received) was that

I noticed that post (and the one after it) were gone too.  I was curious how many votes would be needed and how many of the registered fitbit users still wear their devices or just registered when they got the device..  I did vote, but like most votes, I don't think my one voice really matters 😞

What is clear is that Fitbit is in control of of how and where comments are placed and can manipulate them to different categories to suit their needs, diminishing the importance of some topics and allowing others to proceed. The numbers grow and fit pit refuses to acknowledge.

Let’s keep commenting. We have lots of company. And if new threads have to be created so be it. The fact is the old dashboard is better, more convenient and preferred by users. As they say Fitbit get with the program.

The new dashboard is as bad as customer service and the way they treat the loyal Fitbit users

They deleted one of my posts because it was deemed "inflammatory".

All the post stated was that Fitbit did not listen to customers.

Well,

it is their web site so they can do whatever they want (within legal limits of course).

So I think you can assume that they are deleting posts because they think it is in the best interest of their business model.  Perhaps right.  Perhaps wrong.  Perhaps irrelevant.

I must have missed the liberal/commie comment. I have been in the US Army since 2000; most of that time overseas. I have spent less than 18 total months CONUS since I enlisted.

I really do not have the luxury of being too involved in the political process other than sending in my absentee ballot lol. Currently stationed in South Korea. The sun will be up soon and we will see how much damage Typhoon Tapah did last night. I have already noticed my grill is no longer outside.

thx for serving

I have plenty of time having retired in the previous decade and it's awhile before stuff like volunteer tax-prep kicks in.

Thank you for your service, you of all people should understand that a company that is taking advantage of hard working people by making products that don’t last for more than a year and a half and then comes out with new versions hopping that we will keep buying to replace the ones that seem to stop working shortly after the release of the new version

Well bond and stock rating agencies use algorithms to come up with their recommendations. Let’s see how Fitbit likes some stranger using an algorithm to tell the world their stock sucks. To them it may be meaningless but maybe now they’ll know how customers feel when they say stop using an algorithm to tell me how bad my sleep is.

My comment is not relevant to the complaints about the new dashboard but I just want to say congrats for doing service. You are to be commended. Hope all goes well in the recovery. There was significant news coverage here as well.
