Hi, I have had my charge 2 for 3 weeks, and a few days ago it's stoped showing me my current heart rate on the dash board, (but it is on the tracker) only my resting heart. It is not giving me call and text notifications either, as it has stoped being able to pair to my phone for some reason?
My Bluetooth is on
I have rebooted my tracker three times
my tracker notifications are on
my phone notifications are on
I have deleted the app and re- down loaded it
I have turned it off and on again
my phone has done the latest iOS 10.3.2 update
it will sync but it doesn't seem to be able to pair and I think this is the problem? Please advise
Thanks Esther

Hello @Colei, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board!
If your current heart rate is not displaying on the Dashboard, please make sure your tracker is syncing correctly, you will only be able to see while the tracker is syncing and after it has synced, it might take from 1 to 2 minutes to show. Additionally, make sure you're having a heart rate reading on your tracker while it's syncing with the app.
Now, in regards of notifications, please make sure your tracker is not on the "do not disturb" mode by pressing down the button on the side for 2 seconds. A vibration and a message will let you know if Notifications have been turned on or off.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. But as I stated in my original email the "do not disturb" is not on ( my notifications are on) so that doesn't change any thing ?
My tracker is syncing with my phone and then it is still not displaying
Please advise

Hello @Colei, thanks for taking the time to reply, I hope you're doing well.
At this point, as everything seems to be configured correctly, I would like to suggest you to set up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between the tracker and your phone. Don't worry, this won't remove any of the information stored in your account so far.
To set up your tracker as a new device:
After setting up your tracker as a new device open the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Charge 2 > Notifications and enable them once again.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.
