Hello @RMV, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board!
This seems like a very odd situation, have you updated the Fitbit app recently? Have you restarted your tracker lately? If so, it's possible the app is not updating the information correctly with the one in our servers, in which case I would like to suggest to check your online Dashboard to verify that the information has been recorded correctly. If it has, please try the following in the app:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.

So as far as I know I haven't restarted or updated recently. I only bought it in May. Tried closing etc but no improvement. Not sure what to try next. So disappointed as I was loving the feedback.

Hello @RMV, thanks for taking the time to reply, I hope you're having a great day.
Were you able to check the online Dashboard to verify that the information has been recorded correctly? When was the last time you sync your tracker? If you haven't synced lately, please do, and remember that Fitbit trackers can store up to 7 days of detailed information.
If you haven't synced lately, once you log in to the online Dashboard you will see a pink banner suggesting a sync. Once you sync, all the information will display.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.

I had this problem on my Pixel 2 phone today. Following your directions here worked. Thanks.
