Hi,
As soon as I woke up, I noticed my dashboard showing I have walked over 7 miles and 38 active zone minutes. When I click into each metric to see the last 7 days it shows the same thing, but when I go into each hour on today, it doesn’t show where the 7 miles occurred and only shows 2.5 miles which is accurate.
im also noticing when I go to previous days data, it is showing some of my data from today and everything is starting to get out of whack.
The first instance is happening on the IOS app and the second instance is happening on both the IOS app and Fitbit.com.
My IPhone software is completely up to date and my FitBit Versa 2 is completely up to date as well. I also just got my FitBit 4 days ago and this is very disappointing and am already considering sending it back.
Please advise when this will be resolved. I have restarted logged in/out, deleted and re-installed the app, cleared my cache, etc.

I just got a Fitbit versa 2 this past Sunday and starting today my App is showing inaccurate data from previous days. The agent I spoke to says it’s meant so we can click onto the tiles but this creates a bad customer experience because you can’t easily see your data from previous days - it’s very glitchy.
