Hi! My Fitbit app has just started playing up 😞 the dashboard tiles (sleep, water, food) are no longer showing data at a glance. The data is still there if I click on a tile, but no longer shows on the dashboard. I’ve tried a few suggestions from other threads (log out / in, update app, delete tiles and re add), but so far nothing has fixed it. Can anyone help? Thanks K

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment I would like to ask you for a screenshot of what you're able to see in the Dashboard, this will be very helpful for us to check this further. In the meantime, please uninstall the app, restart your phone and install it back. Make sure to sync your device before uninstalling the app to avoid losing any data.
