Dashboard tiles not showing totals

My iPhone is syncing data properly and on the current day "tile" show totals; however, on previous days the tiles revert back to zero. On previous days even when the tiles say zero, the data (calories, water, activity etc) are shown on the detail pages, just not on the tIke's. How do I correct this?

This seems like a very odd situation, although it's possible the information is not updating correctly between our servers and the Fitbit app, in which case I would like to suggest:

 

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app, then open it again.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and if the information is still not updating correctly, please reply with screenshots of what you're able to see in the app.
