All of my data from the last couple of years is gone as of yesterday, May 29, 2024. The app stopped working and it was necessary to delete and reinstall it. How do I get back my prior data? It should be available on the Fitbit servers.

When that happens, it often means that you have had different fitbit emails/IDS and you just logged back in with a different one than what you had been using, and all your data is still there with the other login.
