Update 11/7/16: Hi Community, there have been reports of Daylight Savings Time affecting Reminders to Move goals. We are looking into the issue and will update you when there's anything to report.

For now, I suggest turning off the feature if you don't want the Reminders to Move to buzz outside of the timeframe you've set. I'll let you know when I have any updates!

Sure wish I could edit this!

*later from a computer*

Figured out how to edit. Now I wish I could delete.

My Charge 2 didn't have any serious problems with the change from Daylight Savings Time. I synced it last night just before going to bed, and then I synced it again this morning as soon as I got up. After it was synced this morning, it showed the correct time for ending DST, but the Alarm was off by an hour - the alarm had been set for 8:00, and it changed it to 7:00 - and the hourly set activity as off by and hour - it originally was from 9:00 to 6:00, and changed to 8:00 to 5:00 - but, about two hours after it was synced this morning, I noticed that the alarm had moved back to 8:00.  Later in the day when I opened the dashboard, I noticed that the hourly activity had also changed back to 9:00 to 6:00.  So, everything was as it originally was, except the time was one hour earlier due to ending DST.

Last night (Sunday) after midnight my Flex 2 synched and the problem
corrected itself. My clock is now back to normal.

Same or similar issue with my Charge HR.  The time on the face of the device is correct, but it is not syncing the sleep time correctly.  It is showing one hour later on the sleep start time, but the sleep finish time is correct, thus showing one hour sleep less. Don't know how to fix this or perhaps an app or firmware update is needed.

I am having the same issue.  The time displayed on the HR was correct on Sunday morning after the change from Daylight Savings to Standard Time, but Monday morning my Walk activity and Sleep time are shifted 1 hour later than Standard Time.

Thank you. When I go into edit goals, the start and end times are correct, but the dashboard is not. It will not change and now has reduced my number of ready to move hours from 8 to 7. Seems to be stuck.

Hello all!

I wanted to follow up with a question about the issue with RTM.

After a successful sync of your tracker and phone, are you still unable to change the Reminders to Move timeframe? If you aren't, can you please send a screenshot of what you're seeing?

If everything is back to normal with Reminders to Move, please let me know that as well. Thanks @bzm for letting me know already!

Thanks a bunch!

Time won't change on our Charge HRs. Went to Settings, but time for Detroit area is wrong for daylight savings. How do we get it corrected?

My fitbit Charge HR has done the same thing.  My fitbit didn't recalibrate to 0 steps, and today (Monday) I have all of Sundays steps plus what I have accumulated today (Monday).  My step total will be huge today!

I was able to reset the time on my Fitbit Charge HR by closing the app and turning my phone off.  When I turned my (iPhone) back on and restarted the app, it synced to the correct time.

Why does Daylight Savings Time affect my active minutes and calories burned? I did not need to update my timezone because it’s set to where it’s suppose to be. Just not sure why daylight savings time messes up these things on a Fitbit.

My Alta HR made the time changeover...BUT my Fitbit app on iphone changed the hours of my "hourly activity" . Just because the time is an hour earlier, I don't need my Hourly Activity starting at 7 AM and ending at 8 PM. It also changed ALL of my records on the iOs app. My dashboard (via laptop) is still showing the correct Hourly Activity settings. SO what happened to my 8 AM to 9 PM hours for Hourly Activity in the iOS app? I lost an hour of sleep last night as well. I want to blame the *&^%$(#$ iOs 14.1 update that somehow set itself for an automatic update (because I don't automatically update ever...always wait to find out the new bugs before I move), but based on what I've read on here, that's not it. I've tried to reset within the app and it does NOTHING. TO BE CLEAR, the iOS app has changed ALL of my Hourly Activity records to 7 AM to 8 PM...and I've been using 8 AM to 9 PM since I SIGNED ON. Totally frustrated!!
