Hello @GavG and I've noticed you are new around, so welcome aboard to our community. If you are able to see the preview of your sleep but not the large graph it means that your tracker was able to track your sleep and the issue is only that the app is not loading this data. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version, review your app store to see if there is available one.
Also you can force quit the app by doing the following:
1. Double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app.
After this the information should be loaded and displayed on your app.
Hope this helps and see ya around.
