Hi,
daylights savings happened in my country last night. Although my Fitbit seems to know the correct time, the app seems confused and has added an extra hour? So clocks have gone forward one hour in reality but two hours on my app.
i have checked previous comments, i have tried the below:
restart phone
log out of app and log back in
changed time zone, synced, then changed back with sync
deleted app and reinstalled
updated iphone software
Nothing has helped! It won’t let me change my wake up and sleep schedule which is the most troubling part, so right now it wants me to be an hour late for work...
what else can can I do to fix?

@Rose65 Unfortunately, this happens nearly every year with the change to DST. Nothing you can do, except wait a day or two. Everything will sort itself out.

I can’t change my 12 hour reminder to move in the app. The more I try the more screwed up the times get, so annoying

This is so frustrating. My web app is fine. It’s the iPhone app that’s wrong. And the web app won’t sync to the phone. It keeps changing the hours for my walks each day. The time is set correctly.

YES! I just started having this issue too! Never noticed it before with time changes.
