Hello, When entering macros on the iOS app how do you enter a decimal point as it appears to be missing? Thanks

@JuiceDude -

This has been pointed out on the boards many times.

Let's face it, it is very common for saturated fat, carbs, sugar and fiber to be fractional values.

And now that the "Nutrient Recap" has been added to the iOS app, the lack of a decimal point is even more glaring, as users will be editing values more often.'

@LizzyFitbit & @LiliyaFitbit - you've seen the requests for this. When do you think the development team are going to deal with this. Surely they have a Ten-key with a decimal point in their bag of controls they use.

Same here, and it's here since AT LEAST 3 MONTH already... And it's not a big fix or a big investigation to find and correct that bug. The decimal point on keyboard is here for water entries, so you can do it... maybe.... one day....

Do you really care of your customers ? i saw this bug report on the forum so many times already, it's amazing

Hi,

the interesting thing here is that it used to be available in earlier versions of the app, but it was removed. Are Fitbit expecting us to round up/down the numbers?

would be nice if someone from Fitbit can confirm this. I have contacted them directly and was just ignored.

I avoided updating the app for as long as possible as my partner updated his and realised it was missing. It updated yesterday when my phone updated and now mine has the same issue. Fitbit should be able to resolve it easily. It’s a very big issue for myself as an athlete and I’m considering moving to a different fitness tracker if they won’t fix it! Inputting food date correctly is a function that everyone should be able to use properly.

I have an iPhone and still no decimal point too! However, my partner has an android and does have this feature?! I was planning on upgrading to the Versa 3 in a few months but I won't if it isn't sorted.
